Tattoos are tribal, a statement of who you are. You may want to conceal them for a special occasion such as a job interview, a wedding, photoshoot etc.

Here is a way to cover your tattooed skin quickly and painlessly with out the use of lazer treatment or covering tattoos over with more tattoos.

 

  • First you need to start with clean dry skin
  • Exfoliate if necessary. Do not use moisturiser
  • Choose a specialist tattoo cover concealor
  • First start with the lightest shade of cover on the darkest part of your tattoo
  • If you are using cover for red scars, acne scars, varicose veins, strawberry birthmarks or port wine stains then use a green neutraliser first. This is take out the redness.Green Neutraliser Set
  • Next use a shade that closely matches your skin tone. Its a good idea to take a few shades and mix them on the back of your hand to warm the concealor.
  • Dab the tattoo makeup on lightly fingertips will do fine, or use a clean make up brush or sponge.
  • Now you can apply some fixing spray, a light mist is all you need.
  • Dust lightly with fine setting powder, this will remove the sheen
  • Now see how it looks!
  • You may wish to go er with another layer of colour, spray and powder. No need to remove prior cover
  • Remove with makeup remover
  • If using for a wedding You need a set with Fixing spray and Setting Powder then give plently of time for practice
